Responsibilities
Coaching staff to deliver amazing customer service
Producing high‑quality food and delivering the Jersey Mike's experience
Cash handling and following the Learning Management System Training Program
Developing staff for career growth
Enforcing policies and procedures
Participating in local and national marketing initiatives
Building sales
Maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation practices
Being certified in all four positions of the restaurant
Effective communication and a sense of urgency
Expectations
Move or transport up to 50 lbs without assistance unless medically noted
Work 38–40 hours per week
Have reliable transportation
Communicate with the GM/AGM/DM about any issues
Lead by example in food quality, customer interaction, and daily uniform presentation
Maintain a clean, fully stocked restaurant
Construct and assist with inventory, opening, and closing duties
Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent
1 year of QSR experience preferred
Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler
Must have reliable transportation
