Position We are hiring a
Paving Foreman
for our upcoming 2025 season. The role focuses on ensuring efficient crew operations, equipment reliability, and continuous quality improvement.
Responsibilities
Assist with all aspects of personnel scheduling and crew management.
Oversee paving equipment needs and repair.
Reinforce continuous quality improvement in laydown and compaction.
Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record.
High school diploma or GED preferred; a CDL is desired but not required.
Dependable, punctual, and committed to high ethical standards.
Excellent self‑direction and motivation, able to manage multiple changing priorities.
Ability to handle confidential information and observe anti‑trust laws.
Flexible working hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and variable weather conditions.
Willingness to travel to job sites across the local area or state; reliable transportation required.
Union membership preferred; but not required prior to employment.
