Responsibilities

Responsible for placing product in designated rows in warehouse neatly and evenly.

Supply production area with needed raw materials up to 75 lbs.

Assist in moving product into the print room when needed.

Operate stretch wrap or shrink wrap machine to secure goods.

Ensure labeling and packaging are correct prior to moving product into warehouse.

Communicate with shipping and production supervisors daily.

Apply proper loading procedures to assist loaders when needed.

Give breaks to packers/handlers when staffing plan requires.

Operate lift truck safely.

Preferred Experience, Skills, & Abilities

Knowledge of all Berry products.

Knowledge of proper packaging and placement in warehouse.

Key Behavioral Traits for Success

Ability to take direction and work well with others.

Knowledge and use of proper PPE when required.

Dependable, good attendance is mandatory; associates must report to work on time each day.

Good communication skills – able to follow directions and pass on important information.

Ability to work alone and in a group setting.

Can be content doing routine work.
