Schedule: Multiple schedules available. Wage: $16–$18 per hour (on weekends).
Job Description What You Get To Do
Provide support and mentorship with daily activities, ensuring health and safety. This includes helping with meals, cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and facilitating activities.
Hands‑on mentoring to promote independence.
Encourage individuals to achieve personal goals.
Assist with medication administration and monitor medical well‑being.
No experience? If you meet the basic job requirements, we will provide paid training and hands‑on experience.
Behavioral DSP role
– Candidates with experience handling intense verbal and physical behaviors are preferred. Prior IDD, mental health, psychiatric, and/or security experience is strongly preferred.
Qualifications What Makes You A Great Fit
Valid driver’s license
(required for transporting persons served)
Excitement for working with adults with disabilities
High school diploma or GED certificate
Strong communication skills (reading, writing, documentation)
Successful background clearance required
Minimum age 18
Comfortable driving company vehicles; some locations may require a personal vehicle and auto‑liability insurance
Nice to Have
Experience with adults with mental health issues or related experience
