With unique services designed for each state, we provide trauma-informed care and community-based youth programs in Connecticut, comprehensive family support and residential services for at-risk youth in New York, and targeted mental health services and crisis intervention in Rhode Island and so much more. We are currently seeking a passionate

Bilingual (English and Spanish) Therapist

to deliver intensive community-based treatment for

Youth with Problem Sexual Behavior.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact while benefiting from specialized training and ongoing individual and group supervision.

Therapists at NAFI CT operate within a collaborative framework, conducting sessions primarily in-person within natural environments such as homes or safe locations. With a manageable caseload of 4 clients, you'll have the resources and support to deliver high-quality, personalized care.

Skills / Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work

Receipt of provisional license (LMSW, LPC‑A, LMFT‑A)

Skilled in therapeutic interventions, advocacy, and crisis intervention

Ability to function independently and as a team

Travel and transport clients
