Job Description & Requirements LMSW Social Worker
Start Date: 1/19/2026. Pay Rate: $1,600.00 – $2,400.00
Position Duties Suicide Risk Assessments / SBIRT / Substance Assessment / Discharge Planning Assessments / Discharge Planning / Social Work Assessments / Community Resources
Minimum Required Qualifications
LMSW, licensed in CO
BLS certification
2 years recent social work experience in an acute hospital setting
Behavioral Health experience with suicide risk and substance use assessments
Discharge planning experience
Preferred Qualifications
ED experience
Palliative Care Knowledge and GOC Conversation
Length of Assignment 13 weeks
Shift / Hours per week 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Systems Meditech / Midas / Navihealth
Start Date ASAP
Facility Location An amphitheater close to the Civic Center in Englewood is the focal point for visitors of this Rocky Mountain town where many summer concerts take place. Englewood is also famous for the “Broken Tree” golf facility with its award winning golf course complete with an 18-hole championship course. Kids love “Pirates Cove” which is open in the summer and includes a play structure, a six lane pool and 35‑foot slide facility which includes three different types of slides.
