Responsibilities
Provide case management for social services within an acute hospital setting.
Manage client services and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech and comply with hospital protocols.
Work an 8:00 AM–4:30 PM shift on a 13‑week assignment.
Qualifications
Licensed LMSW in Florida with a valid BLS certificate.
At least 1 year of recent social services case management experience in an acute hospital setting.
Preferred: InterQual and Meditech experience.
