Job Overview As a Front Desk Clerk you will provide exceptional guest service, manage reservations, and support daily operations at our resort.

Responsibilities

Ensure every guest interaction is positive and memorable while checking in/out and responding to requests.

Enter guest information into the computerized reservation system and maintain accurate records.

Resolve unit availability, assist guests with reservations or changes, and handle cash/credit transactions.

Generate invoices, collect payments, and maintain safety deposit boxes.

Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests, and coordinate with departmental personnel.

Restock front desk supplies and prepare arrival packets.

Provide guests with information on local attractions and resort amenities.

Type correspondence and reports for management as needed.

Qualifications

Proficient English language skills, oral and written.

Courteous, professional attitude; ability to handle upset guests and difficult situations.

Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and cover shifts on short notice.

Strong multi‑tasking and prioritization skills.

Minimum 6 months of customer‑service experience.

Preferred

Front desk/guest services agent background.

Experience with cash/credit card transactions.

Previous work in resort hospitality or related industry.
