Whether it's delivering happiness to customers on the driveway or getting involved in the local community, our Customer Advocates are leading the charge in reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process.
Shift Requirements
Hours: 7am – 5pm, 9am – 7pm, or 11am – 9pm
Availability: 7 days a week, with days off rotating between weekdays and weekend days

Competitive starting hourly rate: $17/hr
Pay range: $17–$19/hr
Progression: $17.50/hr at 3 months, $18/hr at 6 months, and up to $19/hr within the first year through the performance-based Careers Not Jobs program (four merit opportunities annually, +$0.50 every 90 days)
Additional performance incentives may be available through local Market Operations

About The Role
Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors using custom car haulers (commercial license not required; training provided)
Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and perform regular inspections to ensure safe driving
Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in the customer tracking system
Maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy
Obtain a notary license within the first 90 days (state requirements with Company sponsorship)
Obtain access to DMV/title and registration systems as required by state
For Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees: obtain a Chauffeur’s license or similar within first two weeks (company sponsorship)
For California employees: obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within first 90 days (company sponsorship)
General Qualifications and Requirements
Perform physically demanding tasks: detailing, loading/unloading vehicles, outdoor and indoor conditions, including inclement/extreme weather
Walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours)
Fluent reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of English
Perform high and low movement, reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, squat
Lift, push, pull items up to 50 lbs
Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity for frequent driving
