Overview We're looking for Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer‑facing experience to build an exciting career at Carvana, the fastest‑growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history.

Whether it's delivering happiness to customers on the driveway or getting involved in the local community, our Customer Advocates are leading the charge in reintroducing happiness into the car‑buying process.

Shift Requirements Shift: 11am – 9pm. Team members must be available to work 7 days a week; days off rotate between weekdays and weekend days.

Pay & Incentives

Starting hourly rate: $19/hr

Pay range: $19–$21/hr

At 3 months: $19.50/hr

At 6 months: $20/hr

By the end of the first year, eligible performers can progress to $21/hr through the Performance‑Based Careers Not Jobs program.

Responsibilities

Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers (no commercial license required; training provided)

Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the vehicle‑hauler to ensure safe operation

Complete customer paperwork and record detailed notes in the tracking system

Maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy

Candidate must:

Obtain a notary within 90 days of employment (process sponsored by Carvana)

Satisfy state‑specific requirements to access DMV, title, and registration systems

For Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees: obtain a chauffeur’s license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks (sponsored)

For California employees: obtain a vehicle verifier license within 90 days (sponsored)

Qualifications & Requirements

Physically capable of detailing, loading/unloading, and operating in indoor/outdoor conditions, including exposure to inclement weather

Ability to walk, stand, and sustain activity for extended periods (8+ hours)

Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English

Physical strength: capable of grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling items up to 50 lbs

Excellent vision and manual dexterity for frequent driving
