Shift Requirement
Hours: 7am-5pm, 9am-7pm, or 11am-9pm.
Availability: 7 days a week with days off rotating between weekdays and weekend days.
Pay and Incentives
Pay Range: $17-$19 hourly
Starting Pay: $17/hr
At 3 Months: $17.50/hr
At 6 Months: $18/hr
In your first year, you can progress from $17/hr to $19/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually. Eligible team members may enjoy an additional $0.50 increase in their pay every 90 days.

About The Role
Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors with our custom car haulers.
Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler; inspect the car‑hauler to ensure safe driving.
Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into our customer tracking system.
Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
Obtain a Notary license within first 90 days (state-specific requirements). Details: State Notary Requirements.
Meet state-specific DMV/title and registration system requirements.
Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees: obtain a Chauffeur’s license or other state specialty license within first two weeks.
California employees: obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within first 90 days.
General Qualifications And Requirements
Perform physically demanding tasks (detailing vehicles, loading/unloading vehicles onto haulers) indoors/outdoors, occasional inclement weather.
Walk/stand and sustain activity for 8+ hours.
Read, write, speak, and understand English.
Perform extensive movements: reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, squat.
Grasp, carry, lift, push, pull items of 50lbs.
Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
