The Job
As a Surveillance Operator, you will help cultivate a collaborative safe environment by working closely with partner departments to support and elevate the guest experience. Your role is essential in maintaining a fair, safe, and secure gaming atmosphere for both guests and team members.
THE STARTING RATE:
$20.70
The Day-to-day
Utilize a range of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems to observe and review casino operations, record and archive audio/video evidence, and ensure the surveillance system is functioning properly.
Actively monitor all casino operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, identify suspicious behavior, and help prevent fraud and theft.
Collaborate with the local Gaming Authority and support external law enforcement agencies as needed; provide court testimony on behalf of the company when required. Maintain strict confidentiality of all surveillance activities and sensitive information.
The Ideal Candidate
Proficient in basic math without use of a calculator.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
Basic working knowledge of various computer technology and software to include Microsoft Office applications.
Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
Primarily assigned to the graveyard shift in a 24-hour operation, with the flexibility to work other shifts as needed.
High School Diploma or GED Required.
1+ Years of Prior Experience Required.
