For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part‑time positions. Summary: The Patient Service Specialist role ensures patient scheduling and referral needs are met while assisting in the general administrative and patient service needs of the practice.
Full time 40 hour per week position
We are open to candidates doing four 10‑hour shifts, or five 8‑hour shifts
Evening hours available as well
Fully onsite at 272 Congress St. Portland, ME
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
License/Certifications: N/A
Experience: Six months of medical office experience required.
