Restaurant General Manager

Essential Functions You’ll Own

Operational Excellence: Mastermind smooth operations, ensuring every order is perfect, every customer is delighted, and the restaurant is neat, clean, and organized.

Revenue Optimization: Manage staffing, control costs, handle inventory, maintain high food‑safety standards, and run the restaurant efficiently and profitably.

Culture Keeper: Set the tone for the restaurant, creating a vibrant, positive atmosphere where the team thrives and delivers top‑notch service every day.

Requirements

Experience: 2+ years as a Restaurant General Manager with a proven record of success.

Education: A high school diploma is preferred, but leadership, passion, and drive matter most.

Lead & Inspire: Motivate and empower your team to be their best.

Guest Champion: Go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a memorable experience.

Results‑Driven: Focus on driving sales, boosting profitability, and staying detail‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment.

Problem Solver: Quick on your feet, thrive on solving challenges and finding solutions without assigning blame.

You will be expected to be on your feet for up to 10 hours without a break and lift up to 50 pounds when needed. You must be able to bend and twist frequently.
