LPC Personnel
Position Overview
We are searching for a Logistics Administrative Clerk to support shipping, receiving, and inventory functions by handling documentation, scheduling shipments, and maintaining accurate records.
Primary Responsibilities
Process and track incoming and outgoing shipments
Prepare bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels
Update inventory and shipment data in WMS / ERP systems
Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with carriers
Communicate shipment status and issues to internal teams
Maintain organized shipping and compliance files
Assist with inventory counts and basic reporting
Provide general administrative support (phones, emails, data entry)
Minimum Requirements
1–2 years of logistics, warehouse, or administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic WMS / ERP knowledge
Strong attention to detail and record accuracy
Effective communication with carriers and internal departments
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Knowledge of inventory processes and shipping regulations
Basic Excel skills for logs and reports
