Pay:
$19–$22/hour. This position begins through a temporary staffing agency, with the opportunity for direct hire upon successful completion of 520 hours. Once hired, the employee will receive hourly pay plus a monthly performance bonus and become eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including fully paid medical insurance (employee premium only), dental and vision coverage, retirement plan, and paid time off. Schedule:
Week 1: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Week 2: Sunday–Tuesday, Thursday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Overview:
The Inventory / Replenishment / Warehouse Material Handler is a vital support role for our production team. This position focuses heavily on ensuring timely and accurate replenishment of materials to production lines, which requires consistent attention to inventory levels and proactive movement of stock throughout the warehouse. A key aspect of this role includes walking to transport and load materials, helping maintain a continuous and efficient flow of goods. Because this is a small, close‑knit team, reliable attendance and punctuality are critical to maintaining daily operations and meeting production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy
Verify shipments against bills of lading, packing slips, and other documentation
Label, store, and organize materials in designated pallet rack locations
Record shortages and report damaged or hazardous goods
Use an RFID scanner to pick orders and support other departments
Replenish and load materials for production in a timely and accurate manner
Take physical inventory and help maintain an organized and safe storage area
Walk while replenishing inventory and supporting the production team
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks and cherry picker
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills (WMS, Word, Slack, etc.)
Ability to read and understand instructional documents
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, sometimes high‑pressure environment
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
Must have experience operating one or more types of equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, or cherry pickers
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1–3 years of relevant warehouse or material handling experience
Comfortable working at elevated heights
Familiarity with proper handling, storage, and safety procedures for materials
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Occasional desk/computer work
Ability to hear and see for safety and operational requirements
Ability to work at elevated heights with no restrictions
Exposure to varying temperatures and dust
Additional Requirements:
Must pass all applicable federal, state, or local background checks
Reliable attendance is essential due to the small team structure and the need for full daily coverage
