Assistant Manager – Sales Rent‑A‑Center

invites applications for the Assistant Manager – Sales role.

Salary Hourly rate: $14.45 – $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers

Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through "white glove" service in‑store and at customers' homes

Deliver/pickup products safely, loading/unloading and installation while following handling and transportation procedures

Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness for customers and coworkers

Qualifications

1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum age 18

Valid state driver's license and good driving record; will drive company vehicles

Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances

Excellent communication and customer service skills
