Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and assisting with documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (electronic and physical).
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management.
- Handle office supply inventory and order materials as needed.
- Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with scheduling software and office management tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
