The Technical & Corporate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for technology and management‑level roles across the organization. This position partners closely with department leaders, HR Generalists, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate has strong technical recruiting expertise, excellent relationship‑building skills, and the ability to manage full‑cycle recruitment for a diverse set of professional roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment for IT positions (developers, engineers, analysts, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and support roles)
Manage recruitment of management/leadership roles across departments
Conduct intake meetings to understand job requirements, team culture, and hiring priorities
Create and post job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Recommend top candidates and guide hiring teams through selection and offer decisions
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, employee referrals, social media, and industry events
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill IT and leadership roles
Develop proactive recruiting strategies to reach passive candidates
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on compensation expectations, job requirements, and recruiting best practices
Provide regular updates on candidate status, hiring progress, and market conditions
Collaborate with HR department colleagues on compensation recommendations and offer development
Represent the organization’s culture and employment brand in all recruitment activities
Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records in ATS (Ultipro)
Ensure hiring practices comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws
Uphold the company’s mission and values
Other duties as assigned
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Finance/Accounting, Healthcare, or a related field and 3 years of relevant work experience
Experience and Qualifications
Strong understanding of technical skillsets, industry terminology, and current market trends
Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and managing full‑cycle recruitment
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Experience with HR and applicant tracking systems preferred (UKG, ADP, Paycom, Workday, etc.)
Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and consultative skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Familiar with talent analytics and recruitment KPIs
Professional certification preferred
