Responsibilities
Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
Draft, argue motions, and take and defend depositions.
Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Work independently while collaborating with a team.
Engage with clients, government agencies, and opposing counsel.
Qualifications
Admitted to practice in California.
One to fifteen years of experience in employment law matters.
Prior employment litigation experience required (preferably on the management side), including single plaintiff claims, PAGA, Wage & Hour, and FEHA matters.
Employment counseling or in‑house employment law experience preferred.
Strong writing and analytical skills.
Substantive litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law is acceptable for developing attorneys.
Comfortable drafting and responding to discovery, pleadings, motions, and depositions.
Compensation & Benefits Minimum Salary: USD $145,000.00 per year. Maximum Salary: USD $240,000.00 per year.
