Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Developer: The Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Technical Developer is responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining technical components within Oracle HCM Cloud. This role supports integrations, reports, conversions/data migration, extensions, fast formulas, HCM Extracts, APIs, and other technical capabilities. The developer works closely with HCM functional teams, HR stakeholders, and IT technical teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions across the HCM landscape. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop technical solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud including: Integrations, HCM Reports (OTBI, BI Publisher, dashboards), Data conversions and mass uploads (HDL, HSDL, PBL), Fast Formulas, REST and SOAP API-based extensions Create Technical Design Documents (TDD), and interface specifications. Build and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM and the other in-house and external boundary applications like Payroll providers, Benefits vendors, Timekeeping systems, Active Directory / IAM systems, ERP/Finance systems, Third-party HR applications Develop OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extract reports. Work with internal teams like Mulesoft, Automic and infrastructure teams for integrations. Collaborate on role-based security design and technical enforcement. Create technical test cases and participate in SIT/UAT cycles. Conduct code reviews and follow DevOps and CI/CD best practices. Support quarterly Oracle updates, regression testing, and patch impact assessments. Work closely with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions. Technical Skills: 4–8 years of technical development experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL/PBL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Visual Builder (added advantage) Knowledge of security architecture in Oracle Cloud. Experience with implementation projects (Full SDLC). Good SQL and PL/SQL skills (for analysis and validation). Familiarity with DevOps, Git, ADO/Jira, and release management processes.
