Title Services Senior Specialist Location: Carrollton, TX | Onsite Compensation & Schedule • Pay $20.96–$25.96/hr • Standard business hours (may occasionally require overtime) ROLE IMPACT This role supports the successful completion of title services by facilitating the movement of assets and documentation through established processes. The Senior Specialist ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while mentoring Specialists and maintaining strong client and vendor relationships to enhance overall service quality and performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage portfolios, assignments, and documentation queues through completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Escalate complex issues and research solutions to support resolution within scope of authority • Review and process title documentation and coordinate with team members to achieve milestones • Provide client support via phone, email, or portals, responding promptly to requests and inquiries • Assist in training Specialists and act as a subject matter expert on department processes and systems • Conduct periodic quality audits, user acceptance testing, and recommend corrective actions • Identify and communicate regulatory, procedural, or investor changes affecting title operations • Maintain detailed records in client and company systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Real Estate or Paralegal) • 4+ years of experience in title, closing, real estate, or related fields (financial services or vendor management experience preferred) • Strong knowledge of title regulations, curative processes, and re-conveyance documentation • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and client systems such as ResNet, iVendor, and Equator • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, PowerPoint) • Title management and client software: ResNet, iVendor, Equator PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience in title clearance and audit processes • Proven ability to train and mentor team members effectively • Strong critical thinking, conflict resolution, and time management abilities PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Work primarily performed indoors in an office environment • Occasional travel for conferences or inspections may be required • Frequent communication via phone, email, and meetings • May require extended hours during peak workload periods By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
