Sr Analyst, Vendor Management

Vendor Management Senior Analyst Location : Carrollton, TX Pay $24.75-30.75/hr ROLE IMPACT The Senior Analyst, Vendor Management supports the organization’s vendor strategy by ensuring a high-performing and compliant network of service providers. This role oversees vendor performance evaluations, portfolio analysis, compliance reviews, and process improvements. The position contributes to operational excellence through strategic sourcing, vendor relationship management, and continuous process optimization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Analyze vendor capacity and performance data to identify service gaps, risks, and areas for improvement • Conduct vendor sourcing, contract review, onboarding, and offboarding in coordination with management and Quality Assurance • Review due diligence and licensure documentation to maintain compliance with corporate and regulatory standards • Evaluate and coach vendors to improve performance outcomes and efficiency metrics • Lead monthly performance calls and webinars to provide feedback, process updates, and training • Partner with internal business units to align vendor selection and utilization with operational goals • Identify opportunities for process enhancement, IT improvements, and cost reduction through ROI assessments • Support data reporting, vendor risk assessments, and audit documentation as required MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Some college required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in vendor management, sourcing, contracting, onboarding, and performance oversight • Real estate license preferred • Advanced Excel and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, PowerPoint) • Vendor performance management and reporting systems PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience with property preservation or real estate vendor networks • Strong negotiation, coaching, and performance management skills • Familiarity with compliance, risk assessment, and operational auditing By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
