What You Will Do In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries—supporting our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the correct answer to the customer in everyday language.
Engage in a virtual, customer‑facing role using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.
Bilingual in English/Spanish (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by outperforming customer expectations.
Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation & Benefits
Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
New York: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
Washington: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
