Technology Delivery Specialist at Eclaro Direct Candidates only No 3rd Party Candidates!

Serve as the first point of contact for all users to troubleshoot and resolve IT Service Desk issues, with on‑call availability when needed.

Support users across a wide range of technologies, including networks, telephony, computers, printers, conference room audio/video systems, and approved software. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on workstations, laptops, and personal devices.

Support for Office 365 applications such as email, SharePoint, and Office. Maintain inventory for all Houston‑based IT infrastructure and equipment, and act as system administrator for several business‑critical applications—supporting onboarding and offboarding, providing Level 1 support.

Issue triage, and managing ISO certificate and permission processes across the ISO markets we participate in.
