Recruiting Coordinator – Contract Position
Immediate need for a talented
Recruiting Coordinator . This is a
06+ Months contract
opportunity with long-term potential and is located in
Wilmington, DE (Hybrid) .

$30.00 – $32.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Provide recruitment support for a team of recruiters including scheduling high-volume interviews, booking conference rooms or video conferences, sending planners and confirmation e-mails etc.
Produce contracts for the US, Canada, and Latin America and understand the legal requirements and variances of each.
Process internal transfers.
Implement onboarding and other pre-hire checks and escalates when necessary.
Understand the business process in the applicant tracking system (Workday) and keep information up-to-date.
Act as point of contact for committed hires handling the post-offer, pre-hire process.
Drive solutions through critical assessment and delivery in support of core HR processes and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
Develop high-performing partnerships with Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Legal, Finance and others to handle issues/escalations for risk mitigation and seamless resolution.
Serve as an advocate and catalyst for the One*** mentality by reinforcing client’s culture and principles.
Contribute to cross-functional HR projects as needed.
Key Requirements & Technology Experience
Skills: scheduling high-volume interviews, onboarding and other pre-hire checks, applicant tracking system (Workday).
Attention to detail – demonstrable track record of operational excellence in HR.
Strong client relationship management capabilities – capable of building strong, trusted relationships.
Highly motivated, energizing and inspires others.
Strong communication skills with ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences.
Experience with Workday is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
