Brief Description Coryell Health Specialty Medical Clinic is dedicated to providing high-quality health care under the guidance of experienced physicians. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the delivery of patient care activities including vital signs monitoring, administering medications, and giving injections.
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
Process refill requests and assist in scheduling appointments and EKGs.
Support the physician in non-direct care tasks such as documentation and coordination.
Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to facilitate communication and problem-solving.
Requirements
Certified Medical Assistant in the State of Texas.
Basic Life Support certification.
Preferably one year of experience in orthopedic or medical settings.
Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of medical terminology and human anatomy.
