As an RN Charge Nurse in our long‑term care facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well‑being and comfort of our residents. You will oversee nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs. Responsibilities

Supervise and support nursing staff in daily operations.

Coordinate patient care and develop individual care plans.

Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor patients’ conditions and provide updates to the healthcare team.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Provide education and support to residents and their families.

Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to care discussions.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited nursing school with a valid RN/LVN license in Texas.

Preferred nursing experience in a long‑term care facility.

Supervisory experience is a plus.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Functional literacy in English is required.
