LPN Nurse - $10,000 Sign On Bonus! NIGHTS
Join our Dimondale Nursing Care Center team! Our Skilled Nursing team delivers specialized care to patients across a variety of areas such as orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You’ll have the autonomy to evaluate patient needs and administer care as you see fit, leveraging cutting‑edge technology and being an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a variety of treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
Administer medications to patients as prescribed by physicians and advise patients and families regarding medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.
Provide preventative and supportive care directed toward the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors.
Oversee the Nurse Aide team, giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting wages: $29.15 per hour
Shift premium: $4.00 per hour for 10:30 PM–6:30 AM and $5.00 per hour for 6:30 PM–10:30 PM
Hero pay: $3.40 per hour
Yearly wage increases
Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 for full‑time positions

Qualifications
Current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan and current CPR‑BLS certification
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher
High level of analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans and devise solutions for complex problems
Excellent customer‑service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done
Work Schedule 12‑hour shifts (including rotating weekends and some holidays)
