Description What You’ll Do: As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll help lead the team in delivering exceptional service and smooth operations. You’ll train and support team members, uphold company standards, and ensure every guest leaves with a great experience. Whether it’s prepping food, managing inventory, or stepping in to lead a shift, you’ll be hands‑on and ready to go.

Greet guests warmly and ensure satisfaction
Lead by example and support team morale
Train team members and help write schedules
Provides support to management.

Oversee food prep, cleanliness, and safety
Manage inventory, receiving, and storage

What You Bring
Supervisory experience in hospitality preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, standing, bending)
Proficient in English (reading, writing, math)
