Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full‑Time Evening Shift (2 pm–10 pm) Location: Hickory Creek at Greensburg, American Senior Communities.

Pay: $31–$33.50 per hour.

As an

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well‑being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Supportive Presence: create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.

Leadership: promote teamwork within the care team to exceed resident needs.

Collaboration: work with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

Requirements

Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.

Proficient medication management skills.

Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.

Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
