What You’ll Do
SuperviseCare Teams:
Provide leadership and oversight for nurses andcaregivers, ensuring quality care for residents
MonitorResident Health & Safety:
Oversee clinicaloperations and ensure adherence to care plans, policies, and procedures
ConductNursing Assessments:
Perform and review assessments, ensuring accuratedocumentation and compliance with state regulations
Medication& Treatment Oversight:
Ensure proper medicationadministration and address any health-related concerns
Support& Mentor Staff:
Provide guidance, coaching, and clinical supportto caregivers and nurses, fostering a positive and skilled care team
EmergencyResponse & Crisis Management:
Act decisively in urgentsituations, coordinating appropriate medical responses and follow-up care
MaintainCompliance & Quality Standards:
Ensure regulatoryrequirements and best practices are met across all operations
What You Bring to the Role
ActiveRN License in Minnesota
(Required)
Previousleadership or supervisory experience
in assistedliving, long-term care, or a similar setting
Strongclinical and assessment skills
with a passion for seniorcare
Abilityto lead and mentor staff
in a fast-pacedenvironment
Excellentcommunication and problem-solving abilities
Familiaritywith assisted living regulations
