About Anthem Country Club Situated at about 2800’ elevation overlooking the Las Vegas strip and entire valley, Anthem Country Club truly stands a gem in the LV high desert. Established in 1999, this 18-hole private club offers a top-tier experience for its members and has seen extensive renovation projects in the last five years with more to come in 2026. The projects include:

2020 - The ‘High Zone’ irrigation system was upgraded with HDPE mainlines/laterals, Rainbird IC System & Watertronics pump stations

2022 – New USGA spec greens (w/ dominator bentgrass) and the fairways resurfaced with Bandera bermudagrass

2026 - Completing the Irrigation ‘Low Zone’ and full bunker renovation with Capillary Concrete liners.

This position will be part of a growing company with a portfolio of private, public and resort courses throughout the U.S. We offer cross-facility training, scholarships and opportunities to participate in the American Express (PGA TOUR) at PGA WEST or The Ford Championship (LPGA) at Whirlwind Golf Club.

1-3 years of turfgrass management experience, with a clear trajectory toward becoming a golf course superintendent.

Growing knowledge of agronomy and turfgrass management practices with the ability to teach others.

Possess or be able to obtain a state-required pesticide applicator license within 90 days of employment.
