Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited nursing school
Valid LVN/LPN license
Responsibilities
Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document per Cantex Clinical Policies and state/federal guidelines.
Enter EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, and change of condition following nursing practice standards.
Ensure implementation of care plans and administered medications/treatments as prescribed.
Assign duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by CNA staff to maintain patient well‑being.
Requirements
Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
Valid LVN/LPN license
