Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient office operations and acting as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract to hire opportunity located near Palatine, IL.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Serve as the first point of contact for executives, handling inquiries and directing communications appropriately.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Assist with expense reporting and budget tracking.
- Support project management tasks and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- 35 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under pressure.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.

- Pay $28-$38 an hour depending on experience
