Forklift Operator Warehouse 1st Shift

Schedule: First Shift, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Monday – Friday with overtime as needed.
Hourly Pay: $16.00 per hour Overtime Pay: $24.00 per hour.
Products handled: Tractor Parts. Equipment used: sit‑down forklift, reach truck, order picker.
Job Responsibilities
Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
Execute duties within the performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, and staging of products, as well as loading and unloading of trucks.
Manage day‑to‑day paperwork (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core shift production hours.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience (preferred).
Valid Forklift Operator’s License (certified).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Team player ability and aptitude for a diverse work environment.
Capability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
Highly thorough and dependable.
Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Minimal supervision required.
High initiative and proactive attitude.
Accuracy under pressure.
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Adherence to health and safety methods.
Availability for a flexible schedule across various work shifts.
Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
