Foundever™ is seeking highly motivated and resourceful individuals dedicated to providing world‑class technical customer service support for a well‑known camera company. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction, assisting with both customer service and technical inquiries while ensuring a positive experience for every customer. No prior camera knowledge is required – we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.

Qualifications
Must legally be able to work in the US
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Must pass a background check
Responsibilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to walk customers through troubleshooting steps and provide effective technical support
Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customers
Strong problem‑solving, empathy, adaptability, and reliability
Document interactions and elevate issues with empathy to enhance customer experiences
Advocate for customers by identifying trends in issues and suggesting improvements to processes, policies, and products
