What We Are Looking For

Must legally be able to work in the US

Must be at least 18 yrs of age

Highschool diploma or equivalent

The flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Must pass a background check

Key Skills and Responsibilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to walk customers through troubleshooting steps and provide effective technical support

Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently whileassistingcustomers

Strong problem-solving, empathy, adaptability, and reliability

Document interactions and elevateissues with empathy to enhance customer experiences

Advocate for customers byidentifyingtrends in issues and suggesting improvements to processes, policies, and products
