Teen Court Coordinator – Clovis, NM
Full‑time on‑site role based in Clovis, NM. The Coordinator will oversee the operations of the Teen Court program, including planning and facilitating activities and ensuring compliance with program policies.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with schools, community organizations, and law enforcement agencies.
Supervise court sessions and provide guidance to participants.
Maintain accurate records and create reports.
Conduct outreach to recruit participants and volunteers.
Promote youth engagement, accountability, and development through restorative justice practices.
Qualifications
Strong skills in program coordination, project management, and organizing events.
Excellent written and verbal communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in youth counseling, mentoring, or working with juvenile justice systems.
Proficiency in maintaining records, creating reports, and using relevant software tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with various organizations, including schools and local agencies.
Knowledge of restorative justice principles and community‑based program practices is a plus.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for mentoring youth.
