Assistant Manager Carrols LLC, the largest Burger King franchise with over 800 restaurants and 55+ years of experience, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a million-plus dollar-a-year restaurant. The role offers substantial business discipline development across Accounting, Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Sales, and Cost Controls.

Key Responsibilities

Direct, control and coordinate subordinates to deliver quality product to guests in an efficient and friendly manner.

Inventory Management

Bank Deposits

Training

Performance appraisals

Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and guests.

Other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Requirements

Work a 50‑hour week, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic computer skills.

Valid driver's license and personal transportation.

Outgoing personality.
