Job Summary We are seeking a Business Development / Recruiter to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to drive business growth by identifying potential clients and expanding our client base. Additionally, the Business Development / Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to meet our staffing needs. Key Responsibilities Support Senior Executives with identifying and targeting new clients and markets to expand business opportunities Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs Collaborate with internal teams to develop recruitment strategies Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients Negotiate job offers and provide support throughout the hiring process Meet and exceed business development and recruitment targets Qualifications 5+ years supporting Business Development or recruiting Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates Familiarity with recruiting methods and best practices Excellent time management and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field Knowledge of CRM tools and applicant tracking systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Cahaba’s full-time employees are rewarded with competitive salaries* and an outstanding comprehensive benefits package.
