Job Summary
We are seeking a Management Analyst to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to support the Department of War with workforce planning and senior leadership staffing. This position will require travel (approximately 25% of time). Desired Experience
Experience supporting senior and executive level Department of War personnel (both military and civilian) Executive level workforce planning and readiness Organizational design and transformation Strategic communications Talent acquisition and retention Qualifications
10+ years supporting executive level leadership Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field Benefits
