Administrative Assistant
Our client is seeking a polished and organized Administrative Assistant to provide support to their team. This role involves handling a wide variety of administrative tasks, scheduling, and managing filing systems. The Administrative Assistant provides high-level support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support staff and departments. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Key responsibilities include: Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations Answering and directing phone calls; taking messages and handling correspondence Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments Maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical Preparing reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Ordering office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner Coordinating with other departments to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time Performing other related duties as assigned by supervisors or managers Qualifications: 2-4+ years of admin support experience. Government Contracting experience is a plus! Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Concur is a nice to have. Highly polished, organized, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
