MUST HAVES:
Excellent Customer Service skills - will be interacting with all levels, Previous Coordinator exp - in the Entertainment industry, Guild Members - able to work with all levels - employees and non employees, Excellent Comm Skills, Team Player, Ask Questions, be Proactive &Collaborative, knows how to prioritize - set up screenings - follow steps -be reactive in a timely manner, extremely Detailed & Reliable
Description : • Assist in the management of the Debut awards website for titles including: o Adding and updating in-person screenings across LA, NY and all regional markets o Managing and updating the screening caps per guild and group (including AMPAS, DGA, PGA, SAG and more) for each individual screening. o Monitoring all guild and critics groups RSVPs along with cancellations and waitlists. o Sending out confirmation emails for attendees ahead of each screening - including all relevant information needed - and assisting the team in updating attendees. o Answering emails in the awards inbox including RSVP modifications and questions regarding in-person and digital screenings. o Communicating with the publicity team about upcoming screenings and screening invites. o Uploading assets and materials on the website as needed (Q&As, featurettes, press articles, etc.) o Pulling RSVP lists for the teams ahead of each screening. • Assist in the management of Debut screener distribution and content availability including: o Managing the FYC digital screener distribution calendar. o Ensuring content is available on Debut's screening platform on go-live dates.
Basic Qualifications: o 2 to 3 years of experience in the streaming, events background or awards o
Swoogo : RSVP software not required but a plus (training will be provided)
Required Education: High school or equivalent
