The BIM Technician position is a critical role for the company. This individual will be directly responsible for the quality and accuracy of BIM modeling, coordination, and detailing at the direction of the Project Lead. Responsibilities

Obtain, organize, and distribute base models, point cloud scans, and relevant files. Create Revit families in response to project needs. Perform tracing of point cloud scans to provide clashable models. Perform modeling, coordination, and detailing at the direction of the Project Lead. Create fabrication and installation spool drawings for the shop and field. Manage and distribute coordinated digital documents to the project team. Produce accurate and quality models, drawings, and details within the allotted project schedule. Skills and Experience

1-3 years of experience modeling or detailing work recommended. Proficient in reading and understanding construction design drawings. Proficient with Revit, Navisworks, and/or other comparable 3‑D modeling or CAD software preferred. Proficient with Bluebeam Revu. Proficient with Office 365 suite of products. High School diploma or GED required. Associate’s in drafting, design, or related field recommended. Must have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English. Physical Demands
