ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Coordination of repair items for both production and warranty service

Will need to be in constant contact with field representatives for Vintage Design on a continual basis each day to ensure builder partners and/or homeowners are having their needs addressed.

Work in conjunction with other team members to properly schedule repairs in an urgent, time sensitive manner.

Communicate and follow-up with builder partners when having to complete PO-chargeable work and obtain necessary authorization for billing purposes.

Answer phone calls from homeowners and builder partners and correctly relay necessary information into proper service repairs or inspections.

In times of need, you may be asked to assist Purchasing in the writing up and ordering of materials for installation.

Any other duties assigned by the Customer Care Manager.

Requirements EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. MANDATORY

A minimum of 2+ years of customer care experience.

Previous experience with all essential duties and responsibilities listed.

Ability to present and articulate points clearly and effectively.

Proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Wants to be part of a team.

Problem solving skills.

Strong organization and time management skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to sit at computer monitor for extended periods throughout the day.

Must possess the ability to stand for extended periods of time; to reach with hands and arms; to move among and between offices; to handle mail and documents; to sit, stoop, kneel and crouch; to lift and move up to 10 pounds; to see well enough to discern differences in quality of documents and files.

Occasional visits to active job sites may be required, therefore, must be able to see well enough to discern differences in quality of installation and products.

HOURS Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with two paid 10-minute rest breaks and an unpaid one-hour meal break. Full time, non-exempt. There is opportunity for a partial remote schedule (80% in office, 20% remote) once fully trained and functional in the role.
