RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and develop a team of Replenishment Analysts and Receiving/Shipping personnel, establishing processes to achieve service level, safety, productivity, inventory, and backlog performance targets.
Manage material flow from suppliers through production to customer delivery, ensuring a seamless order-to-ship process.
Partner with sourcing teams to support supplier performance improvements and cost initiatives.
Oversee stockroom, warehouse, receiving, and shipping operations, including labor planning and scheduling.
Analyze and optimize Plan for Every Part (PFEP) parameter, including safety stock, reorder points, lead times, and planning settings within the ERP system.
Maintain ERP system integrity through accurate transactions, cycle counting, and coordination with Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance.
Support Finance during annual standard cost roll activities.
Establish materials goals, priorities, and action plans; track performance and drive measurable results.
Align production schedules with capacity constraints, material availability, staffing levels, and workload variability.
Lead material planning for new product introductions and product transitions in collaboration with Marketing and Engineering teams.
Drive continuous improvement by leading shop-floor Kaizen events and supporting Lean initiatives.
Support ISO compliance with activities and documentation requirements.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Manage disposition of excess and obsolete inventory.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in manufacturing or operations environments.
Proficiency with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred).
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing direct reports in a fast-paced operational setting.
Strong decision-making, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team.
