Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Spring, TX. The Customer Service Specialist will handle day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring excellent service and addressing customer inquiries or concerns. Responsibilities include managing phone and email communication, resolving issues, providing product support, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to address client inquiries and provide high-quality assistance.

Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction, enhancing the overall Customer Experience, and building long-term client relationships.

Proficiency in Phone Etiquette, with professional communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.

Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an on‑site team environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
