Essential Functions
Provides proper documentation with complete and accurate billing, time sheets and reporting documents within the required timelines.
Maintains & ensures the confidentiality of all member information in their possession and informs member’s Coordinator of any changes.
Encourages members to participate in community, household, and personal care tasks.
Provide companionship, personal care such as assistance with dressing, feeding, washing and toileting, as well as advice, encouragement, and emotional and psychological support.
Typical Hours
Able to work at least 2 days a week (Monday-Friday) between the hours of 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. This is typically a part-time job, with average hours between 5 and 15 a week. In some cases, full-time may be attainable if applicants have a very flexible schedule and are willing to commute longer distances to client homes.

18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
Hold a valid Arizona Driver’s License (this position requires driving)
Have documentation of current registration and car insurance
Clean 39-month motor vehicle report
Ability to complete training programs and successfully pass associated tests
Must pass a background check and fingerprint clearance
