Our clinician‑owned agency offers a supportive, growth‑oriented environment with continuing education, mentorship, and leadership opportunities. Pay Range: $52,200 – $156,000. Job Description
A certified SLP will implement treatment programs to assist pediatric patients with cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and/or social/emotional disabilities and delays by planning and delivering speech therapy services in the home and community. Requirements
ASHA certification Texas State SLP license Current CPR certification Minimum 1 year of experience (preferred) Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality care and meet patient and family needs through evaluations, interpretation of assessment results, and development of goals. Assist pediatric patients to develop or regain cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and/or social/emotional functioning, enhancing independence. Educate, coach, and empower caregivers and families to incorporate therapeutic activities into daily routines. Coordinate with referral partners to deliver services per physician orders. Ensure continuity of care post‑discharge by designing home exercise programs and instructing patients and families. Document patient care services in an intuitive electronic medical record system. Maintain patient confidentiality and confidence. Benefits
